Description Our client in Järfälla is looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). This assignment is suitable for you who have a strong technical background, a good understanding of architecture, and a genuine interest in working closely with the business. You will be part of a high-performing and cross-functional team where collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement are in focus. Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with the business and its stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into sustainable technical solutions in ServiceNow. You will be responsible for the development, further development, and management of the CSM module, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly. The work includes developing and automating flows and processes, troubleshooting, incident management, and continuous improvement of existing features. You will participate in dialogues and workshops with the business and contribute technical advice on architecture and best practices. The role involves significant personal responsibility and expects a proactive approach in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience

• At least 4 years of experience in development in ServiceNow, especially within CSM

• Good knowledge of JavaScript

• Experience in developing and automating flows and processes in ServiceNow

• Experience in management, troubleshooting, and incident management

• Ability to hold workshops and engage in dialogue with the business or customer

• Knowledge and understanding of solution architecture

• Analytical, curious, and technology-interested with the ability to see both details and the big picture

Conditions The assignment is full-time (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day) starting from 2026-02-25 and lasting until 2026-10-31. Work will take place on-site at our client in Järfälla.
